Learn what a Portal is and how to use them.
Portals are brand-able file transfer web pages, with custom URLs, that your clients, partners, and colleagues can visit to send you large files fast. After the sender has uploaded files to your Portal, the email address you specify in your email notification setting for that Portal will receive a download link via email.
Note: You will need to check the history page to download the Portal delivery if no email address is specified during Portal creation. For more information, see How do I create a Portal?.
For more flexibility to manage access to the files that are sent to a Portal, you can assign the Portal to a Teamspace or make it a Private Portal.
