Do Portals expire?

How expiry works for file transfers and Portals

You can set expiry dates for packages and for Portals. File packages uploaded to a Portal expire according the default settings (vary according to the number of free storage days included with your MASV plan) or a custom expiry set by a user. You can set shorter storage periods (for additional security) or pay a storage fee if you need to extend your storage period. You also have the option to remove the expiry date and choose Unlimited storage.

After a file transfer expires, it is deleted from MASV.

You can set a Portal expiry date by editing your Portal settings (Edit Portal page > Rules tab > Portal Expiry area). For more information, see How to create, edit, or delete a Portal.
