Dealing with suspicious emails
Our security team monitors and blocks users who attempt to use MASV to send spam emails. From promises of bitcoins, cash, or other winnings or benefits, you should always exercise caution with suspicious emails.
What should you do?
- Never provide personal or financial information to an unverified requestor or site.
- Do not download files from suspicious emails.
- If a download happens, delete the downloaded files, including anything on cloud storage.
- Use anti-malware software to protect your system from online threats.
