      How to customize a MASV Portal with your brand

      Customize a MASV Portal with your brand colors, logo, and imagery

      You can customize the look and feel of a MASV Portal so that it reflects your brand. The instructions below assume that your are branding an existing Portal. If you need information about creating a Portal, please see How to create, edit, or delete a MASV Portal.

      To customize the look of a MASV Portal

      1. In the MASV Web App, select Request Files with Portals in the sidebar on the left.
      2. On the Request Files page, select the menu icon vertical-3-dot-menu-b in the Actions column for the Portal that you want to customize, and select Edit.
      3. On the Edit Portal page, select the Look and Feel tab.masv-tab-look-and-feel
      4. Do any of the following to customize or brand your Portal:
        • Add a logo: In the Logo area, select the Choose file button and upload a PNG file of your logo (max. width of 245 px, transparent background for best results).
        • Change the browser page background: In the Background area, select Choose file and upload a PNG or JPG file (1920 x 1080 px recommended, 5 MB max. file size).
        • Change header and button color: In the Accent Color area, select a preset color swatch, or select the Edit button edit-icon-solid and specify a color in the color picker.
      5. When you are finished, select the Save button in the lower right corner of the page.
      6. Select the arrow beside Edit Portal to return to the Request Files page.masv-return-to-previous-page-arrow
      7. To preview your Portal changes, select the menu icon vertical-3-dot-menu-b in the Actions column for the Portal, and select Open Portal page.
