      How can I check the status of your file transfer downloads and cloud delivery?

      Review the download and cloud delivery status of file transfers

      1. In the MASV Web App, on the sidebar on the left, select Transfer History.
      2. On the Transfer History page, select the Received tab.
      3. On the Request Files page, in the Actions column, select the menu icon vertical-3-dot-menu-b , and select Package details.
      From there, you'll be able to see the status of the delivery. If the delivery is failed for some reason, you will receive a notification email.

      Additionally, we send a confirmation email for each successful and unsuccessful delivery to your cloud.

      You can also check the status of your deliveries by integrating Slack with your MASV Team.
