[FAQs](https://help.massive.io/en/faqs?hsLang=en) # Why can't I see the packages I sent or received in MASV? ## Troubleshoot reasons why you don't see package information When you send and receive files, the file packages are logged in the MASV **Transfer History**, either in the MASV Web App or the MASV Desktop App, depending on which was used for the transfer. The **MASV Desktop App** is straightforward--all transfers show unless they have been removed from the list (**Actions** column, select **Remove from list** or above the list with the **Clear Transfer History** button).![masv-desktop-clear-transfer-history](https://help.massive.io/hs-fs/hubfs/masv-desktop-clear-transfer-history.png?width=195&height=137&name=masv-desktop-clear-transfer-history.png) The **MASV Web App** has many more options, so if you don't see the transfers you're looking for, follow the troubleshooting list below to find them. #### How to find packages in your MASV Web App Transfer History 1. In the **MASV Web App**, from the sidebar on the left, select **Transfer History**. 2. Check any of the following: 1. Are you checking the correct Team? At the top of the sidebar, if you have more than one Team, ensure you have the correct Team selected.![masv-team-select](https://help.massive.io/hs-fs/hubfs/masv-team-select.png?width=591&height=233&name=masv-team-select.png) 2.
