Troubleshoot reasons why you don't see package information
When you send and receive files, the file packages are logged in the MASV Transfer History, either in the MASV Web App or the MASV Desktop App, depending on which was used for the transfer.
The MASV Desktop App is straightforward--all transfers show unless they have been removed from the list (Actions column, select Remove from list or above the list with the Clear Transfer History button).
The MASV Web App has many more options, so if you don't see the transfers you're looking for, follow the troubleshooting list below to find them.
How to find packages in your MASV Web App Transfer History
- In the MASV Web App, from the sidebar on the left, select Transfer History.
- Check any of the following:
- Are you checking the correct Team? At the top of the sidebar, if you have more than one Team, ensure you have the correct Team selected.
- Did you select the correct tab on the Transfer History page? Sent or Received?
- Are you using any Quick Filters that are filtering out transfers?
- Do you have a search term in the Search Name box that is filtering results?
- Are any Advanced Filters applied that are filtering out transfers?
