If you see the “File Upload Interrupted” message in the MASV Web App, you can refer to the troubleshooting list below to help you solve the issue.

Troubleshooting “File Upload Interrupted”

  • File changes: Were changes made to any of the files while they were in the process of uploading? For example:
    • File location change
    • File name change
    • Saving a file that was open in an application
    • File deleted

Make sure the files you want to upload don’t change at any point between the time you add them to MASV and upload completion.

  • File permissions: Check to ensure that you have read permission for the files.
  • External drives and USB storage: If the MASV Web App encounters issues reading from an external drive, you can try transferring the files to a local drive before sending, or try using the MASV Desktop App.
