How to connect to Backblaze B2?
Step-by-step guide for integrating MASV with your Backblaze bucket
Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage is purpose built for the open cloud to integrate seamlessly with your preferred tech stack. You can integrate MASV with your BackBlaze storage for easy, fast, secure delivery to your storage bucket.
What you'll need
Before you begin, you'll need to have the following information on hand:
- Name of your Backblaze B2 bucket
- Key ID for your bucket
- Application ID (secret ID) for the Key ID
- If you want to limit access to a specific directory in your bucket, know the directory path you want to use.
To integrate MASV with your Backblaze B2 storage

In the MASV Web App, select Integrations from the sidebar on the left.

On the Integrations page, select the Available Integrations tab.

Select Backblaze B2.

In the Add Integration window, fill in the following fields:

Connection Name: Enter a meaningful name. This name appears on your My Integrations page.

Bucket: Enter the name of your Backblaze B2 bucket.

Key ID: Enter the Key ID for your bucket.

Application Key: Enter the Application Key (secret) for your key. Note: If a browser password manager displays, avoid saving secret key credentials to this type of service.

Choose any of the following settings in Folder Options:
- Target Subdirectory: To set an optional relative path, type a path in the Target Subdirectory box. You can edit this directory as needed.
- Save directly in upload/target directory: If you want to save the files in a directory that uses the package name, clear the checkbox. To deliver directly into the Target Subdirectory, select the checkbox.
- Select Connect.
- Select the My Integrations tab and refresh the page to confirm that the new integration shows OK in the Status column.
