      How to change your MASV plan

      Change your MASV plan to match your needs

      Things change. We get it. If your needs change over time, visit our pricing page to make sure you’re getting the best value from your MASV account: https://massive.io/pricing.

      You can switch between usage-based pricing and a subscription plan. Or you can contact us about our high-volume custom business plans.

      To upgrade from a usage-based plan to a subscription

      1. Visit the https://massive.io/pricing and select a subscription plan.
      2. Choose the plan you want and select the Get Started button.
      3. Adjust the Pro Monthly slider to set the GB per month for your subscription.
      4. Fill in any required payment or account details.

      To cancel a subscription plan

      1. In the MASV Web App, as the Team Owner (role), select Features & Settings in the sidebar on the left.
      2. In the Team Settings area of the sidebar, select Billing.
      3. On the Billing page, select the Cancel Plan button at the bottom of the page.
