How to change your MASV plan

Change your MASV plan to match your needs

Things change. We get it. If your needs change over time, visit our pricing page to make sure you’re getting the best value from your MASV account.

You can switch from a usage-based Free Tier/Pay-As-You-Go plan to a subscription or custom plan. Contact us about custom and high-volume business plans.

To upgrade from a usage-based plan to a subscription

  1. Visit the https://massive.io/pricing and select a subscription plan or Contact us.
  2. Choose the plan you want.
  3. Fill in any required payment or account details.

To cancel a subscription plan

MASV subscriptions are annual plans (12 month commitment). When you cancel a subscription, your monthly payments stop as of your anniversary date (12 months after the subscription was activated).

  1. In the MASV Web App, as the Team Owner (role), select Features & Settings in the sidebar on the left.
  2. In the Team Settings area of the sidebar, select Billing.
  3. On the Billing page, in the Plan Details area, select the Cancel Plan button.
