# How do I request a refund?

## Our Support Team can help you with a refund request

### Refunds for transfers

MASV guarantees that your package gets delivered on time. If your package isn’t delivered on time and it is MASV’s fault, we will refund you the amount of that transfer.

### Refunds for accounts

If you want to request a refund for MASV credits or your account fees, please contact Support. Support can also help you if you want to cancel your plan.
