How do I know if my transfer worked?
Confirmation upon completion of a transfer
After your browser completes the upload, MASV shows a transfer complete page.
You'll then receive a package sent email to confirm that your upload has completed and that your recipients are being notified.
Your recipients will receive a package delivery email to let them know that you sent them a package.
Finally, you'll receive a package accessed email to let you know when your recipients clicked on their download link.
Beyond that, you can use the MASV Web App to check your Transfer History for transfer details. If you have permission to access the Billing page (Features & Settings > Billing), it also provides usage details.
