How do I change my MASV account password?

You can change your account password by editing your profile in our app or by clicking on the Account avatar (top right) and select Edit Profile.

There are a couple of ways to change your MASV account password:

• Option 1. Visit https://app.massive.io/profile, click the Change password button, and follow the on-screen prompts.
• Option 2. In the MASV Web App, click your account avatar in the upper-right corner, select Edit Profile, and then click the Change password button. Follow the on-screen prompts.

If you forget your password, or you want to set a password for a Google One Tap login, simply visit https://app.massive.io/en/forgot_password. You need to be logged out to perform this step.

After you enter your email address, you will receive an email from MASV with steps to set a new password for your account.
