How to change your MASV account password

You can change your account password by editing your profile

There are a couple of ways to change your MASV account password:

  • Option 1. Visit https://app.massive.io/profile, and on the Profile page, select Security. You can then select the Change password button, and follow the on-screen prompts. 
  • Option 2. In the MASV Web App, click your account avatar in the upper-right corner, select My Settings, and on the Profile page, select Security. Select Change password, and follow the on-screen prompts.

If you forget your password, or you want to set a password for a Google One Tap login, simply visit https://app.massive.io/en/forgot_password. You need to be logged out to perform this step.

After you enter your email address, you will receive an email from MASV with steps to set a new password for your account.

Note: You must have a registered MASV account to receive the password reset email.

Note: User accounts require a strong, complex password (12 or more characters including uppercase, lowercase, and at least one number).
