You can change your account password by editing your profile in our app or by clicking on the Account avatar (top right) and select Edit Profile.
Change your MASV account password is very simple:
- Option 1. You can visit https://app.massive.io/profile and click on the Change password button and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Option 2. You can click on your account avatar in the top-right corner and select Edit Profile and then click on the Change password button and follow the on-screen prompts.
If you have forgotten your password, or you want to set a password to an account created using Google One-tap login, simply visit https://app.massive.io/en/forgot_password. You will need to be logged out to perform this step.
Once you enter your email address, you will receive an email from MASV with steps to reset/set a new password for your account. Emails will only be sent to registered MASV accounts.
