Do I need to sign-up or sign-in to download files?
No MASV account is required, but the sender decides who can access downloads
You do not require a MASV account to receive MASV file transfers or to upload files to a MASV Portal unless the person sending the files or the Portal owner has set up security restrictions. Some restrictions require you to be included in their Team and Teamspace. Some Teams also require you to sign in with SSO. If you encounter issues, please contact the sender or Portal owner for information about how to access the files.
Note: If you're a MASV Portal owner, you will receive email notifications for available downloads only if your email address is listed in the Email Recipients field for the Portal (included by default when you create a Portal). You can download the files via the download link in the email, or go to the Transfer History > Received tab and download the package from the Actions menu (Download Package).
