Sign-up / sign-in to download files

No, as a recipient, you do not need to sign-up / sign-in to download the files sent to you. You should be taken directly to the download page once you click on the download link sent to you via email.

Please note that for Portals, if you have not set up the Portal to receive delivery email, you will have to sign-in and navigate to the history tab to download your files.
