The MASV Web App Transfer History is an important package management and inventory tool for MASV Team Owners, Admin, and Members.
This page includes the following topics:
- Overview
- Sort packages and customize the Transfer History
- Filter packages in the Transfer History
- Manage packages in the Transfer History
- Export Transfer History records
Overview
The Transfer History is organized into two tabs:
- Sent: Includes all the packages sent by your Team (no Portal used).
- Received: Includes all packages transferred to your Team through a MASV Portal.
You can view, sort, and filter the packages listed in the Transfer History. In addition, you can manage packages by taking actions such as editing the expiry date, downloading or getting a package link, saving the package to an integration, or deleting a package. You can also export the Transfer History to a CSV file.
The Transfer History in the MASV Web App is an important hub for managing packages.
The Transfer History includes columns for the following information:
- Status: Icons indicate if the package is Active , Expired, In Progress, or within 3 days of expiry.
- Created: Lets you view and sort packages by the date the package was created.
- Storage Expires: Lets you view and sort by the package expiry date. If a package is set to Unlimited, it appears at the end of the list (after oldest packages). If packages are set to expire beyond the free days of storage included in your plan, a dollar sign icon displays to the left of the expiry date to indicate that Extended Storage fees apply.
- Package Name: Lets you view and sort packages alphabetically by the name of the package.
- ID: Displays the package ID, which can be used for tracking and troubleshooting.
- Portal (Received tab only): Lets you view and sort by the name of the Portal used for the package.
- Tag: Displays the optional tag associated with the package. Tags are keywords you can use to identify packages for project management and billing (they appear on your billing log). Team Owners and Admin can manage tags in Features & Settings > Tags.
- Sender: Lets you view or sort by the email address of the person or system that sent the package.
- Recipients: Lets you view the email address of the person(s) or system(s) set as the package recipients. If integrations are included, the email address automation@masv.com is listed.
- Size: Lets you view or sort by the size of the package.
- Downloaded: Lets you view or sort by the amount of data downloaded. For example, if a package of 5 GB is downloaded by three recipients, the Downloaded column will show 15 GB.
- Teamspace: Displays the Teamspace associated with the package. Only Teamspace members will have access to the package.
- Actions: Provides a menu icon for access to package management commands.
