How to change the download password of a package
You can change the download password for a package from the Transfer History
When a package is sent using MASV, the sender has the option to set a download password for all recipients of the package. The same password is used for all recipients initially, but you can edit the password per recipient from the Transfer History.
Upload and Download passwords do not have preset criteria (compared to the complex password requirements for MASV user passwords), but we encourage you to use complex passwords for optimal security.
