How to change or disable a password for a specific delivery
MASV Team Owners or Admins can update password settings
To modify password settings for a delivery
1. In the MASV Web App, from the sidebar on the left, select Transfer History.
2. On the Transfer History page, select the Sent tab.
3. Select the package whose settings you want to modify.
4. From the Actions column, select the menu button (three dots), and select Package Details.
5. In the Delivery Log area, a lock displays for each recipient. To the right of the lock, in the Actions column, select the menu icon (three dots) and from the menu, select Edit Limit or Password.
6. In the Edit Link window, do one of the following in the Download password box:
- To change the current password, type a new password.
- To remove the password, clear the box.
You can set different passwords for different recipients. Please note that you must supply the new password via your preferred means of communication.
Note: Although there are no preset requirements for Download passwords, we encourage you to follow password best practices by using a strong, complex password (12 or more characters including uppercase, lowercase, and at least one number).
