MASV supports Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
MASV officially supports Google Chrome or Firefox on both macOS and Windows.
Mobile versus desktop
You can access MASV on mobile and tablet devices, however, you might experience some limitations. When sending very large files, we recommend installing the MASV Desktop App on your computer for additional speed and multiconnect capabilities.
What happens if I use another browser, like Safari?
MASV does not officially support other browsers, so there is no guarantee that they will work. For example, we are aware of a feature in Safari that automatically reloads the page if it detects significant usage of system resources. This could happen during your transfer and is not controlled by MASV.
