# What can I do if I send files via MASV and the emails bounce back or are not received?

## What to do if email is correct, but not getting through

If MASV emails aren't getting through, instead of entering the email address when you send files, leave the Email Recipients box blank and generate a link. You can then share the link using your own method of contacting the recipient.
