How to deliver MASV packages when an email bounces or is undeliverable

When an email server blocks MASV, generate a download link and check email server settings

When MASV sends a package to a recipient, the email are sent from our admin@massive.app email address. To prevent delivery issues, some organizations might need to whitelist this email address in their email server settings. For information about firewall and whitelist settings for MASV, see How to ensure your firewall works with MASV.

If an email server rejects our MASV email notifications, the package sender receives an email from MASV letting them know that the email was not delivered, and the reason why the email was not delivered.

When this occurs, the sender can send a shareable Download Link by using their own email or a messaging platform.  For information about how to create a download link, see How to create a shareable download link for a package in your MASV Transfer History.
