How can I find my Team ID and Portal ID

Your Team ID and Portal ID can be accessed from the MASV Web App

MASV Support sometimes needs Team ID and Portal ID information to help identify, troubleshoot or test your account.

To find a MASV Team ID

1. In the MASV Web App, from the sidebar on the left, select a Team from the Team drop-down menu.

2. Copy the full Team ID from the URL in the browser address bar (after https://app.massive.io/).

To find a MASV Portal ID

1. In the MASV Web App, from the sidebar on the left, select Request Files with Portals.
2. On the Request Files page, from the Name column, select the name of the Portal you want. The Edit Portal page opens.
3. Copy the Portal ID from the URL in the browser address bar (after portals/).
