Navigate to Packages > Received section. From there, click the 'more info' button (three dots) at the right hand side of the package list. From there, you'll be able to see the status of the delivery. If the delivery is failed for some reason, you will receive a notification email.
Additionally, we send a confirmation email for each successful and unsuccessful delivery to your cloud.
