# How to check transfer status

## Review the download and cloud delivery status of file transfers

1. In the **MASV Web App**, in the sidebar on the left, select **Transfer History.**
2. On the **Transfer History** page, select the **Received** tab or **Send** tab.
3. Select a package in the list to open the corresponding **Package details** page.

From there, you can see the status of the delivery. If the delivery failed for some reason, you receive a notification email.

Additionally, you receive a confirmation email for each successful and unsuccessful delivery to cloud or on prem integrations.
