How to start sending packages with MASV

Quick instructions for sending files in MASV

To send your first package with MASV

  1. After you create an account, sign in to the MASV Web App.

  2. From the sidebar on the left, select the Send Files button .

  3. Add your files to the upload page by doing one or more of the following:

    1. Select the Add Files button.

    2. Select the Add Folders button if you want to maintain the folder structure.

    3. Drag the files or folders you want to send to the Drag Files/Folders Here area.

  4. Enter the recipient(s) email address. You can add up to 30 recipients per delivery.

  5. [Optional] Select Package Settings, and add or adjust any of the settings. For more information about optional settings, see  How to send files using MASV.

  6. Select the Send button. That's it! Your recipient(s) will receive a download link via email, and MASV will send you a notification email when the recipients start downloading the package.
